Our story

Twenty years in inner Brisbane's character homes.

I didn't set out to be the Queenslander bloke. Early on I took whatever work came: extensions, bathrooms, the odd new build. But the jobs I kept getting called back for were the hard ones: the character homes other builders had quoted, started, or walked away from.

Turns out that's the work I'm best at, and the work I actually enjoy. Twenty years of having these old homes open teaches you how they're put together, where the loads run, and what the council will let you do to them.

These days it's mostly renovations, extensions and structural work across inner Brisbane. The jobs that need someone who actually knows how these houses go together, and who's on site doing the work, not running it from an office across town.
